Bank of America Florida 's Community Scholars Program

Bank of America organizes this scholarship. There is a community in Florida named Bank of America Florida's Community. This community raises fund for this scholarhsip. Although this scholarhsip is not directly related to Florida Atlantic University, but students of Florida Atlantic University are eligible for this scholarship award. Other universities of Florida can also participate. The target if this scholarship is to help students to start university education program without any financial difficulties. They award this scholarship to students who are promising for the society and meritorious.

Amount of the Scholarship:

The total amount of this scholarship is $12,000. It is awarded in 4 different years. Every year, in Spring and in Fall session, the award is provided. Like most of the scholarship schemes of Florida Atlantic University, this award is conditionally extensible. The maximum extendable range is 4 years. However, to extend this award up to 4 years, student must maintain a CGPA at least 3.3.


  1. Total $12,000,
  2. Paid in 4 years,
  3. Twice in a year (Spring and Fall Semester),
  4. Conditionally extendable.
Eligibility:

To be considered as eligible, student must show history of community service. Those who are promising for the society and own the leadership capability for a better future, are eligible for this scholarhsip program.

How to Apply: 

This scholarship is not directly related to Florida Atlantic University. That is why student cannot apply through university. To apply for this scholarhsip, student must have to have a FSFSA account. To create a FSFSA account and apply, click on the link below.
