The full name of High Achiever Engineering Scholarship is Catherine and Peter Tay High Achiever Engineering Scholarship. Peter Tay and Catherine live in Singapore. It was established in 2013. in 2986, Peter Tay was awarded with a scholarship to complete undergraduate program on Industrial Engineering and Economics in University of Newcastle, Australia.
