When the organization is author of some book or journal, in APA Reference List, in the place of Author name, write the name of the Organization name. That's all for APA Reference List for Organization as Author. All other rules are similar as Single Author Rules.
The format or organization as author is:
Name of Organization> Year>Name of the Book>Edition Number>Place of Publication>Name of Publisher
Example:
American Psychiatric Association.(1994).Diagnostic and Statistical Manual of Mental Disorders.4th Edition.Washington, DC: Auhtor
